Who we are
This is the Privacy Policy for OwnersAtlas (ownersatlas.com), a brand built and operated by Gravity Junction. It explains what information we collect when you visit this site, request a free deal check, or buy a toolkit, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few different ways:
- When you request a free deal check or sign up for anything on this site. We collect the email address you give us, and the answer to any short question we ask alongside it (for example, where you are in the buying process).
- When you use a calculator on this site (for example, the DSCR calculator shown on the home page). The numbers you type in are used only to display your own results on your own screen. We do not receive or store those numbers unless you separately choose to send them to us, such as by emailing us for help.
- When you buy a toolkit. Our store is built on WooCommerce. We collect the billing information needed to process and record the order (name, email, and billing address). We do not collect or store your full card number — that goes directly to our payment processor, described below.
- When you contact us. We keep whatever you send us in your message, plus your email address, so we can reply.
- Automatically, as part of running the site. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) and the order-attribution information WooCommerce records for every order (broadly: which page or link led to that purchase). This is a first-party feature of our store platform, not a third-party ad-tracking tool.
We do not currently run Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking script on this site. If that changes, we’ll update this page.
Payment processing
Card payments on this site are processed by Intuit (QuickBooks Payments), through the WooCommerce Intuit Payments Gateway. Your card details are entered directly into Intuit’s secure payment form and are handled under Intuit’s own privacy policy — we never see or store your full card number.
Cookies
Like any WooCommerce store, this site uses cookies to keep your cart contents while you shop, to keep you logged in if you create an account, and to remember basic order-attribution information described above. These are functional cookies needed for the store to work — they are not used to build an advertising profile of you.
How we use your information
We use the information above to: send you the free files you requested; fulfill and support orders (including delivering your downloads and answering questions about them); reply to messages you send us; and understand, in general terms, how people find and use this site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it’s needed to run the site and fulfill orders: our hosting provider, our payment processor (Intuit), and our email-delivery service, each of which processes it on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments. We don’t share your information with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we’re required to for accounting and tax purposes. We keep the email addresses of people who requested a free deal check or signed up for updates until you ask us to remove you, or until we no longer have a reason to keep them, whichever comes first. You can ask to be removed at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to send you a copy of it, or to delete it. To do any of these, email ownersatlas@gravityjunction.com and a person will handle it — not a form, not a bot. The one limit: we may need to keep order records that we’re legally required to retain for accounting or tax purposes even after a deletion request.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults evaluating a business purchase. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information in any meaningful way, we’ll update this page and change the date below.
