About
There’s no story here. There’s a spreadsheet.
A cash flow model built for the business you’re buying, and a checklist that will tell you to walk away. That’s the whole thing.
What it is
One cash flow model per industry, built so the math in each follows how that business actually earns, spends and borrows.
A storage model that reads a rent roll. An HVAC model with a tab for maintenance agreements and another for technicians. A laundromat model that breaks the utility bill out line by line.
Every number in it is live. Change a rate, a cost or the loan terms and the whole twelve months moves with it.
Alongside each model: a business plan scaffold that prompts you section by section, a red-flag checklist of what to verify and what should stop the deal, and a personal financial statement for the picture of you a lender asks for.
Nothing uploads. Every number you type stays on your computer.
What we won’t do
We won’t tell you which multiple to use. Real multiples vary by industry, by size, by growth, and by how much of the business walks out with the seller. A multiple quoted without a dataset behind it is somebody’s marketing.
We won’t tell you a deal is good. The toolkit doesn’t make the decision. It gives you a clearer one to make.
A red-flag checklist that never says walk away isn’t a checklist. It’s a brochure.
We’re not lenders, brokers, attorneys or CPAs. We can’t guarantee approval and we don’t give legal, tax or investment advice. Where a question needs one of those people, the files say so.
Who this isn’t for
Starting a business from scratch. There’s no seller’s number to test yet, and testing the seller’s number is what these are built to do.
Looking for a shortcut. The model does the arithmetic. You still have to go get the bills, read the lease and ask the seller the uncomfortable question.
Who’s behind it
OwnersAtlas is a Gravity Junction brand. The founder was the customer first — applying for business loans to buy existing businesses, and frustrated at the lackluster documentation that came with it.
“I am a visual person and like tidiness and order, even with my digital assets. So I created what I would have wanted.”
— the founder
The test we’d rather be judged on
Run the free Deal Check on the deal in front of you. Twenty-five questions, scored out of 100, and a calculator that tells you whether the cash flow covers the loan. If it shows you something you didn’t know, we built the right thing. If it doesn’t, you’ve lost nothing.
